Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis location is great and was able to provide a rental on very short notice. The dollies that were tied up in the cargo area came loose a couple times and could use a tighter secure method. The after-hours rental return process has to be completed before dropping the keys into the dropbox, which I almost missed. So a heads-up on that process when you pick up the truck would be helpful.
NATHAN HVan was old, lacked power and had 146K miles. It didn't have cruise control or a phone input for a modern phone. That made my trip long. We have rented a similar size (on my wife's Uhaul account) and it was newer and had all of the modern amenities. I was very disappointed with the van because my trip was 9 hours without cruise control or phone inputs.
Michael PWaiting for actual amount of cost , rather than estimate, to show on my credit card. As long as that works out correctly, all is good
