Scheduled van for earlier pick up. They were not able to stage it in time for 24/7 pick up. They then did not show up at rescheduled time of their normal business hours. This led to a very long delay for our delivery of that day. Very frustrating. First time we have had a problem with this location they are normally very helpful.

Best U-haul location in Worthington, MN, hands down. I would argue, best u-haul personnel I've ever dealt with - this gal knows her stuff and is super helpful, unlike most other u-haul personnel I've dealt with. I will continue to rent from her, and will continue to think of all other u-haul options and the u-haul website as a last-ditch alternative.
