Person was on the phone most of the time I was there , they stopped helping me to sell lottery tickets to someone else, they didn't check my hookup they just had me take a picture them show them . No help getting hooked up and since trailer didn't have a jack it's hard to hook it up by yourself. I have had the no help experience at 2 U-Haul location and I will be looking at alternatives in the future.

Did not feel comfortable dropping off with no paper or anything saying I returned it. Left in the open with no lock.. she did not even check it
Brandi CYou n have to wait 30-40 mins in the little store as the clerk calls someone to check you out because only the owner knows how to do uhaul. Was the same when I brought it back.
MICHAEL HOwner at the pickup location was very rude to my husband and there were multiple fights in the store during the short period of time my husband was there to pick up and drop off. We were also scheduled to drop off at a different location but the owner wouldn't let us and made us make the extra drive to bring it back.
