Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe man running the gas station leaves much to be desired concerning his customer service. Left me to install the trailer to my truck by myself with my disabled mother. Claimed that he “had other things to do.” Whatever, moving on. On return day, there was not a designated location to return the equipment, so I dropped it off near the area of the others because, once again, there was no guidance or assistance. After spending 15 minutes attempting to complete the turn in, just as I had unhooked the trailer and FINALLY got the app working long enough, he comes out and says that I can’t park it there, that I would need to either hook the trailer back up or move it myself. I refused to help due to the lack of assistance through the process, and I had already completed my uhaul agreement. THEN, when I received my receipt, I was charged extra for Safetow (which I did NOT sign up for, btw…), and a cleaning fee (which again, outrageous because the trailer was in the same condition that I checked it out on). This dude is unreal. Travel the extra distance to get what you need if it means avoiding this place.
Dustyn Malways a problem when i go here. had to wait around for over 15 minutes looking for only person who can check out the trailer. THEN TO BOOT i had to do everything on my phone normal spots i go walk in say hi they load me I go period. not here. one employee tells me take it leave after we couldnt find the guy and then as im leaving he comes out mad at me for just taking the trailer. I WAS TOLD TO JUST TAKE IT!!!
George sCheck & double check they will rip you off in a heartbeat. So disappointed with Uhaul. Truly expected better.
Steve HI was told if I turned the trailer it the next morning it would be $39.95 and it was just about $400.00.
