Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe 'location' and the personnel were fine. Here's what happened: 1) There was a CHANGE OF LOCATION the day before my move which caused me to miss two teaching classes because of the extra distance (-$240 LOSS OF INCOME). 2) When I arrived at the new location, I was told that they DID NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. 3) I spoke with the representative who told me that I HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION to pick up the equipment. She also said that equipment was not guaranteed- THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED NOR IN THE PAPER WORK I ORIGINALLY SIGNED. 4) When I arrived there, the equipment I ordered was not there. The new site person said 'that what the women told him' THE WRONG EQUIPMENT. 5) I had to go purchase 2 furniture dollies which cost me another $280 OUT OF POCKET. 6) When I went to drop off the truck in Redding, the receiving location stated that their system was down and that I had to drive to ANOTHER LOCATION. THIS WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COST ME ALMOST $500 OUT OF POCKET. THESE ARE THE REMARKS OF A REASONABLE PERSON WHO RECEIVED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM UHAUL. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO YOU.

Joe DThe lock was a little hard to open. Perhaps test these out and replace the ones that no longer work well.
