Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was not my original pickup location, unfortunately for me nobody was at the original location. This location was not prepared for me to be there for pickup. There was spotty cell service which evidently U-HAUL expects me to provide to upload my license.
David LPicked up and dropped off U-haul same day. Person who helped us didn’t process our drop off and got a notification 8 days later that our rental was overdue. Had to pay a bunch of extra money for an overdue U-Haul that I turned in the same day. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

MICHAEL BIt would be nice if they didn’t have to cancel my reservation and start the process from zero in person. Somehow a random person’s ID was connected to my reservation. I lost an hour there just to be able to pick up the U-Haul. They also do not allow you to pay in cash, which is an available option on U-Haul’s website.
