Location was changed last minute for pick up, which was further out for us and did not have information we needed for the pick-up. Received misinformation for the miles.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I went to rent the truck and pick it up, I did a walk around of the truck. It was very dirty from the outside. You couldn't even see through the windows. The windshield was awful. The review mirrors on the doors were dirty in the inside of the truck needed to be either with an air compressor to blow all the dirt out or to have it vacuum and wipe down a little bit, the gentleman was very aggressive when I returned the key to him saying that I demand that he checked the mileage when I did not all I did was pull the truck up to the front of the liquor store, parked it close where he could get to it to check the miles he lashed out at me and he said no no no you can park it over there. I told you to park it over there. I said I parked it over here so it would be easier for you to check the miles. He ended up telling me to park it over there and I did. He did not check the miles and I handed in the key. He said when I have time, I'll do it very rude. Switch locations. I don't know how much he's getting paid to rent out your trucks, but I'm positive you can find somebody else way better.
