I was very disappointed in this entire experience. This location had no appliance dolly but failed to let me know that before coming to pick up my rental. I waited 30 minutes for this location to open since there was no appliance dolly in the truck only to be told they didn't have any. U-Haul sent me to another location to pickup an appliance dolly and when I got there they had one but it was reserved for someone else. The lady there was nice enough to rent it to me. But I was charged there for it and still got charged for it on my original rental. Because of all the issues U-Haul extended my drop off time to 10am and then it was changed to 9:38 because the truck was reserved for another family at 10am. This entire experience has be doubting if I'll ever use U-Haul again. Very disappointed & would like to be refunded for one of the charges for an appliance dolly.
