The entire process was smooth from the time I picked the truck up until return. The owner Mike was not in but able to assist over the phone because I chose in person pick-up versus mobile. Documents uploaded, keys and I was on my way.

The inside of the truck and the back of the truck were both dirty. I had to sweep out the U-haul just to make it usable. The inside had trash under the seats and crumbs on the seat. I did point it out to the store owner but nothing was done other than an "oh my".
