U-Haul representative was argumentative, and belligerent. Refused to honor the price quoted by the U-Haul website. He turned the transaction into a "bait and switch" situation. At the time I was in a difficult situation and didn't have any other options. I wil not forget U-Haul kicking me while I was down.

Everything was done correctly. Turned in properly. Locked up as per the directions via the app and key turned in to the correct location. And then the owner of the store proceeds to call and make accusations about a lock on the door missing. I did everything correctly and I did not appreciate the call I got accusing me of removing the lock on the backdoor. That guy is a crook and clearly wants to exploit innocent customers out of money! This is rhe first time and it will be the LAST TIME I ever rent from uhaul! Horrible experience!
Jennifer PMade reservation 3 weeks in advance. 2 days before pick up was told there wasn't a truck and needed to go to alternate location. On pick up day there was no access to the truck, the key to the gate was missing. After a lot of screwing around and numerous phone calls to regional manager we found the 10 foot truck I needed at Harbor Mobil. They were friendly and competent and fast.
Jon AI was charged for safe move even though I clicked no on the the pre register. I was also charged for 2 gallons of gas when I left it well above the gas mark when I got the truck
