The trailer door was so hard to open it took 3 people to lift it and it was even harder to close. I was in able to sweep out the trailer because I was unable to open the door by myself. Otherwise trailer was great.

BYRON PThe tow trailer was not in the best of conditions. When leaving I got an update that my reservation had been changed and made to be returned here in Abilene and that was not what I requested. Tiffany HVery difficult to impossible to get anyone to answer the business telephone. After leaving voicemails, received text from a different number telling me to text them my question (I simply wanted to know what time the business closed but I couldn't get a straight answer). Upon arrival, I had to ring a doorbell on the front of the business. A man eating a sandwich opens up the door wide enough to look out and ask me to park the dolly against the fence. I get an email saying the dolly was checked in 3 hrs AFTER I actually dropped it off. Not sure what kind of "business" this place is, but I will not be renting or returning there again and definitely will not be recommending it to anyone I know.
