Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisApp did not work to pick up the truck. App did not work to return the truck. Location did not process the truck returned for a week after I dropped it at the location..
Gregory ANo one was there but the box was hard to locate
COURTNEY ZEverybody was super nice and it was an easy transaction
Lori MI was not able to receive the dolly nor the blankets I had ordered. The changes were refunded but when moving those are rather essential items. When I arrived no one was there. I had to call the location phone number as I was having trouble navigating the app. In had to wait for someone to show up and get me checked out so in could leave. Very disappointing.
