Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI picked up the trailer without being dispatched. I was shorted 6 furniture pads. The clerk had no idea how to engage with me as a customer.
STEPHEN OUpdate your equipment.
Al KThe attendant working at the gas station didn't have any knowledge on the Uhaul end of the business. She was truthful and kind but not knowledgeable.
CAMRYN FI initially reserved a 10’ moving truck but was told they couldn’t find the 10’ truck and offered a 15’ instead which was much larger than needed. To pick up the truck we had to finish paperwork on a tablet which the clerk did not know how to use forcing us to navigate all of the forms. The key for the truck was in one of 3 lock box’s that the clerk didn’t know what lock box had the key. We were given several codes and had to search for the key. Taking photos of the truck after picking up was frustrating as the photos wouldn’t save for some reason and we needed to request a new link to complete the process. Overall disappointing.
