I've rented Uhauls from here previously but it is basically a last resort if my other locations don't have what I need. The staff there are professional but not that friendly. Now, it's all done via a screen. I was lectured for being late to pick up my van. The rental was at 10:30am and I walked in the office at 10:45am. She said: "we could've given your van away to another customer." I've rented other vans/trailers from other places and been late and have never gotten this lecture. This also seems like a place where if you returned the van 1 min late or with 0.1 gallons of gas less than what you left with, they'd charge you. The staff at other locations are MUCH MUCH Friendlier.

Andres NThe pick up process took a long time. I scanned my ID and filled out my info but was not getting approved. I tried chatting but had to wait a few minutes for a reply. Once I got one, it immediately sent me back to take a picture of my ID again. Then after submitting it took another 5 to 10 minutes before it was approved. Also, it would be nice if you supported the multiple lenses of the iPhone camera. You cannot take a close up photo of your ID because it defaults to the long distance one and does not switch as you zoom in. Last, I had trouble taking photos of the equipmentment. I ended up having to force close the app and open it again to get it to work.
