Nothing absolutely amazing customer service
TINA MThe first trailer we were told was for us, had bald tires. Question how often the tires are inspected
NANCY MWe were scheduled to drop the truck 10 miles from my moving destination on a certain day in Osceola, Iowa. I was called and told they would be closed, so I told them we would hurry and turn the truck in one day earlier. Then I was called and told that someone ran into a power pole and I couldn't get into their lot to return the truck. We drove 60 miles round trip in the car, following the truck the extra 30 miles to a drop off place in Afton, Iowa. Afton U-haul was very friendly and had us taken care of in minutes. We drove by the Osceola, Iowa drop off point when we first arrived in town, a day after I received the call of their problems and there was no indication of any difficulties at all around the area, and they were closed. That part of the journey as disappointing.
WANDA Hthe service and helpfulness was truly outstanding this franchise was truly exceptional by every measure the owners and staff set the standard that will be difficult for other locations to match
