The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office is beautifully decorated for Halloween.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe driver door needed to be "slammed" to make it close. Inside was not very cleaned and windshield needed to be cleaned. Note - the person in charge was very helpful and nice.
Ken LCleanliness of interior truck, at least a wipe down.
KIRK EArrived to pick up at scheduled time of 1:00; the office was closed until 1:30. The handtruck was not secured - when I braked it slammed into the truck and moved freely. Extremely unsafe. I returned the handtruck secured with a bungee at my own cost. At pickup, the windshield, windows and mirrors were extremely dirty. Had to clean them myself. The tire pressure sensor on the rear passenger tire didn’t work and the light was on the entire rental. Was told this isn’t an issue, yet the light stayed on for the duration of the rental.
Ziad ALocation was actually fine, but the mobile pick up process was unnecessarily difficult, and required entering redundant information.
