I have rented U-haul now on 3 long-distance hauls out of state and can say that service and the trucks have been excellent. Don't need to switch to another provider. Ali at Buckeye Supermarket U-haul on Sullivant is a real gentleman, was kind and even welcomed us to Columbus by comping our sodas!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI paid for an appliance dolly but was given a utility dolly. This is the only complaint I had as everything else from pickup to drop off was great.
Michael Wthe on line check in took an hour. Had to call the help line
Steve KCan not rate due to Uhaul being towed from Wv to location in Ohio.
tracy vMy pick up location was changed to this address, but when the reservation was changed, the equipment was not added. It took me speaking to 3 different customer service reps to finally be able to pick up the moving truck.
