This site and rentals are well maintained and managed. Management has a welcoming feel to their style of customer service. Very efficient in and out service. This management team will be my got to place for next rental.

Location was fine. U-Haul service though arranging where I would pick up a truck was frustrating. Getting a truck locally was tough as ours was taken out of service. Had to go far in the Bay Area to pick up a truck and the 21 extra miles and 50 dollar credit was not enough to make up for the hour of time I had to take to get the truck. I realize this may have just been bad luck and I appreciate getting a truck that is up to date on service but the location assigned to me to get the truck was far
