Our experience with Diane was one of the best from any provider. She and her husband operate a wonderful site and represent U-Haul very well. I am a long time U-Haul customer. As VP of Manufacturing and Distribution for Peerless Chain Company, made thousands of trailer safety for U-Haul, with design expertise from the late John McCauley. I am a lifetime customer and Diane's operation is definitely worth recognition.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA couple things: 1. Driving over a thousand miles in a truck without cruise control is very tiring. I don't know if there was a truck available with cruise or not. It would've been a much better experience. 2. The rubber seal on the driver's door would not seal properly and it was incredibly noisy.
