Ms. Charity was very professional, friendly and helpful.
kasandra KLocation was closed when we arrived on schedule, though it was only 2PM and it was supposed to be open through 3PM. Location put us on 24/7 list without telling us, which caused errors in the self-checking because of the trailer we’d chosen to tow behind us per received offer. One hour later, customer support had us on-track, and they compensated us for the inconvenience. But I would not recommend our pickup location.
Chris PCharity, the representative, was AWESOME. So kind and helpful. If I ever need U-Haul again, I will use her. She is in Albany Ga, had great customer service skills, and anticipated my needs - proactively. Highly recommend her.
