The truck air conditioner didn’t work we almost burt up driving from Pelham Ga to Columbus Ga. I called them but they didn’t even have another truck.

When placing the 5x8 trailer on my hitch the service person scratched my bumper in 3 places. I watched him do this on my reverse camera and immediately got out of my truck to tell him what I saw. He remarked that he didn't think he made the scratches. Once the hook up was completed I pulled up to the office and told the lady in the office and she came out and took pictures. When I returned the trailer the next day she gave me a number to call but no one will pick up. I would like to speak with someone from UHaul about this incident. I would like to keep using this UHaul location in the future but I need to know they will be more careful.

DAVID L(One minor thing to mention, I recently rented a truck {again}. Upon entering, I was met with a STRONG smell of spicy food. I thought the prior user ate in the truck. I left both window slightly open that night to eliminate the odor. This helped. During my trip, I found a half-eaten slice of pizza under the driver’s seat. My suggestion/request: please check each vehicle thoroughly after each customer’s use.
