The truck was giving low pressure warning for two tires. The tires appeared fine and I suspect a sensor error but very anxiety provoking when having to drive on a highway. Also your app was glitching like crazy as I was trying to use the self credit and the traffic on the road made it impossible to hear or do this without great difficulty. That’s not the locations fault of course but uhauls.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pick up service on the app is awful. No clear instructions, too many steps, and unclear how to do certain transactions. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and spent well over an hour trying to figure out how to get through all the steps. I will only ever go to a real U-Haul location where there are people. Awful experience.
Maureen Mexcellent rental experience! convenient location and quick, attentive service. definitely will rent there again!
