This wasn’t my requested location for pick up. I had to drive 1 hr round trip to get the rental. Uhaul had plenty of time to move the equipment I rented to the location I requested. I spoke with a “supervisor” about this and she seemed somewhat rude and lacked supervisory customer service skills.
Neil TNothing I can think of from staff or location, but at some point, it sure would be helpful if you installed rear view cameras on all of your trucks. That would probably also keep you trucks from being damaged by people unfamiliar with driving large vehicles.
