Walk the rental with customer and verify mileage and fuel, and any damage to unit upon check out and check in. First time renters trust you and don't expect to be cheated and charged more because your store team is to lazy to do this process. The online check in system doesn't work very well. I made the online reservation but couldn't get my DL pictures entered or scanned. I went inside and was assisted by the friendly staff. We all wore masks, of course. It was easy to drop the truck off and put the key in the key drop.SHELLEY B.

I feel like your fees and mileage are super hidden because had I known I was going to pay nearly $100 for a van rental with poor customer service. I would have gone with someone else. I was very upset that the dolly I requested was not available. It was crucial that I had one for my move. The young man advised me just because I requested it doesn't mean it's available. If that is the case what's the whole point in requesting online from that particular store. Instead I was charged more for a heavier dolly that that didn't work that great. Your staff made it seem as if I was a nuisance because I was upset that You didn't have the proper tools I needed to move even though I requested them before arrived to the store. Please keep in mind I am the one giving you my money and my business. NEVER AGAIN!CRYSTAL M.
The person who waited on me to rent me the trailer was NOT interested in me and dismissed me out of hand. Another employee finally took me out to the trailer and helped me hook it up. Again, nobody told me that the trailer was almost TWO FEET too short to load my F-150 on. I found that out after a 125 mile drive to Santa Rosa NM.james G.

1) We made our reservation for the truck 5 weeks in advance, when we called to confirm the truck would be ready, NO ONE knew where the truck was. When they found the truck we had to travel to another location quite distance away. 2) The front right tire had severe wear on the outside tread. When I asked the assistant about it, he replied " we should be ok" and that if we wanted it changed it would take "two days to do it." 3) When the same assistant was finalizing our paper work we were told that the drip off location was in Dallas instead of Grapevine where we were traveling to and that Grapevine did not have a UHaul station, which turned out to be UNTRUE. We went to the Grapevine station and were told that they would be glad to accept the truck, but that we would have to call UHaul ourselves to get it changed. We were on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone, wefinally hung up. We then were told that you, being UHaul, would charge us an additional $1,147.00 to leave it there in Grapevine. The Dallas location was 26 miles away. The Dallas location was a very old building, in a Bad part of town. It was closed with a piece of paper on an old wooden door with a phone number, which no one answered. Next to the door was a drop box for the truck key and our contract agreement, which left us with NO paperwork from UHaul. This seemed like a very slip shod way of doing business for a national business like UHaul. Overall, at this point, I would be hard pressed to recommend UHaul to anyone. PS: I can provide you with pictures to substantiate the Dallas location.Frank G.
I was informed that there would be a $50.00 credit to my account due to the previous UHaul location unable to fulfill my request for the 10' truck at the scheduled time. I have not received my $50.00 credit. Please advise. Thank you,SHARON P.
I was able to reserve a pickup truck online, with just a 2 hour notice. I was called by a representative 10 minutes before my pick up time, to let me know they could not accommodate a pickup truck rental, anywhere in the city, until the next day. I was able to switch to a 10' moving truck. I then wasted more gas and paid a higher rate per mile. Also, there was no dolly available for rent but I was able to add one to my online reservation. I like doing business with UHAUL and I will now just call in to the store to talk to an actual person.Michelle G.

This place sucks they overcharged me for milage I didn't even use I was sapose to be charged one price but when returned they added charges I took truck pack gased up returned how it was given except cleaner only used about 10 no more then 15 miles and got changed for 70 miles not good business never again will I use u haul services again it will have to take a miracle of that to happen but don't recommend nobody there they will charge more then they say that's called catches cause there's a catch you everything should've known 0 star â if was possible I would rate this company toKRYSTAL O.
