I requested a 15 ft didn't have gave me a 20ft and told me was going to give me a discount due to not having the 15ft that didn't happen. I requested a hand cart and was charged and there was NO hand cart. I was charged over $300 and I am not happy!!!
I should not have had to disconnect the trailer myself while employees ignored me. There are people with bad backs and are over 65 yrs old.
This was my alternate pick-up location. The closest location to me was not able to obtain the unit that I had reserved, so I was not pleased about that 1 and 1/2 hour timeframe to get the unit. I had given well over a week of notice, but still was not able to be accommodated to my satisfaction. Not the fault of the closer facility.
I had originally reserved a drop off location near Watertown, NY. I realized this one was much more convenient, and they told me how to change the location.
The gentleman did everything possible to make this a good experience.

Superior return service.
The drop off location worked well for me, they were closed but available space to park the trailer. The procedure to drop off online was confusing the codes did not work for me so I left the trailer and text the location I rented and sent pictures, 2 days later I received a email letting me know the drop was all good.

Couldn't get the trailer checked in for 2 days. I had to revisit the location on the 2nd day and only then did they check in the trailer.

the cost was far too expensive
I felt cheated the second time around. 50+ miles were added to my trip and it took about 3 wks to show up on my Visa as a new charge. Take pictures! Document your trips!
