Was told for a one way that if I bring the truck back early than what I had on the invoice that I would be credited for the days I didn't use. He tried to get me to take the uhaul for 5 days, finally convinced him after telling him I only needed it for 2 days to just put 3 days on there as he kept saying I will be credited. When I returned the unit, was told that's not true for a one way service. Also the guy at Alix didn't allow me enough kms. He had zero clue what he was doing. I paid by credit card, he still made me do $100 deposit, was told during drop off when paying by credit card, no deposit is needed, at least the lady in lacombe knew what she was talking about and gave me my deposit back and helped with the Km issue. The truck severely needed an alignment, the steering was way off to the left and pulled. The two front steering tires had zero tred on the outside of the tires and way past the wear marks. Alix gas plus should not be a distributor for uhaul services, they rip people off, have zero clue and put you in dangerous trucks!
