We did not interact with anyone. It was after hours. I thought it was pretty dark at this location. Would not have wanted to do this alone.

The windshield wipers were terrible and should have been replaced long ago. They were a hazard. The floor of the cargo space had dried dirt that had been half-heartedly cleaned up. No assessories, that is, pads and mattress protectors were available at this location.
Paul WWe were sent to this location because the person at the originally assigned location (1700 S 4th St. Allentown, PA) claimed, very rudely, that she did not have our PREPAID reservation (which I had confirmed with this location the previous day). Apparently, our truck was sold to another customer. Although the UHaul customer service rep said he could see our reservation and that our truck was on the lot, he was very helpful and found us the truck we needed at East Side Auto Repair. The people there were extremely nice and helpful, and got the new paperwork processed and patiently showed us the truck and answered our questions. The handtruck that we ordered was not available here; they offered to get us one, but we were not able to wait longer, as we were already running late with the mixed up reservation. The people at East Side Auto Repair were EXCELLENT!
