Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe young lady working in the front desk was very helpful and kind. Is there any good thing about the place.
Ken HThe U-Haul app is poor, I expect better from a company the size of U-Haul. It took 30 minutes and 3 phone calls to support in order to pick up my rental. The app could have easily checked some settings and instructed me rather than having to call support. When returning the vehicle, I told that app that I had purchased gas, the fuel gauge then I returned the vehicle was the same as when I picked it up. The invoice still showed a fuel charge. It took two phone calls to obtain a refund.
Larry ZI was charged $18 for gas when I drove a total of 4 miles! Unacceptable!
CHRISTOPHER SThe customer service representative was great. She checked me in and out and it was easier and faster than mobile pick up.
