Josh was excellent. Helpful and on time
ERIC AI arrived during business hours to pick up my rental and the store was closed. Door locked, lights off, no one there. I walked around the store looking for someone, tried calling the numbers on the door and in the app, but no one answered and I couldn’t find anyone. It was 15° and windy and I had walked to the location so I was about to walk home when the associate showed up with Dunkin Donuts. Rather than apologizing or acknowledging he had left the store, he tried to argue with me that he “wasn’t gone for that long” and I was exaggerating the length of my wait in the cold.
