Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBoth my original order receipt and now the receipt above this survey say the Alma location, but the face page of the receipt lists a Mt. Pleasant location. I returned the vehicle to the location on the original order receipt (Alma).
Scott HThe gas was VERY Low. The vehicle pulled to the right really hard. The vehicles breaks weren’t working correctly. The vehicle was loud and the breaks would seemingly stop working at times and the u-haul would stop on its own while driving. The back of the u haul was pretty gross its self. It left black stuff all over my belongings.
Jordon BThis is a weird question. It was just a drop off on the app. Didn’t interact with any people.
