I requested an appliance dolly which was not there. I had to drive 20 miles to another UHaul to get the dolly. The employees did spend time locating an appliance dolly. This was a major inconvenience and slowed down my moving process. I believe i ordered a truck with a lift gate. The truck that was provided had a ramp but not a lift gate. Not sure if these issues belong to the specific UHaul site or are a systemic problem with UHaul. Also, the UHaul with the appliance dolly was helpful and let me leave the dolly with the truck when I returned it so I didnt have to drive back to their site.

When the facility representative opened the U-Haul, there was trash inside. There were also towels and a full-size bed frame in the cargo hold. The representative apologized for the items and quickly cleaned the truck.
KYLE MProvide notification to customer at time of booking that if the pick up time is before the store opens at 10:00, you simply open the gate and proceed with the pick up and close the gate behind you. This was not clear to me when I arrived and caused confusion and my need to call customer service.
Jennifer AThere was dirt left on the floor of the trailer. It could have at least been swept out. I was disappointed there was no ramp to make it easier for an older person to access the trailer with cargo. I understand it's virtually impossible to have ramp mounted in the trailer, but at least have some ramps available for rent. It did pull nice and accomplished the job after an awkward loading
