The ReThink Home person, Miss Kay was incredibly helpful, and kind. The whole process was SO simple! The 10' GMC box van was clean and well mannered, and not the super high mileage worn-out trucks from the Old Seward location that have travelled the ALCAN highway 47 times, and was an absolute pleasure to use to transport large scaffolding pieces from job sites. I WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND ReThink Homes and Miss Kay as a great place to rent a U-Haul in Anchorage! Thank You Miss Kay!!!

Every step of the U-Haul Rental reservation process at Rethink Anchorage was handled in the most courteous and professional manner. It was an extremely efficient last-minute booking. When the Rental date/time reservation was confirmed, necessary details about payment, mileage fee, truck operation, and after-hours key return were all carefully communicated. Excellent communications as well via email confirmed our booking and followed up with a detailed receipt. The Truck cab and cargo area were very clean. All in all we were extremely appreciative of our great experience renting a UHaul Truck from this business. Thank You!
Carole AI liked the location to purchase items but not to rent from. I returned my vehicle around 3:40 pm, but the couple did not register the truck's return until 5:15 pm. The delay in check-in was about an hour and a half later. I have timestamps and receipts from the gas station right down the street from where I returned the vehicle to other areas of the city, so I'm unhappy with their lie about the time I checked in the vehicle. I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS LOCATION again.
Marietta HTruck was OK. It wasn’t really clean, but it wasn’t really dirty.. It took 30 to 45 minutes just to check it out and to check it back in.
