The parking lot was icy and not salted. I stepped out of the van and slipped/fell. I advised the person who had checked me in and checked me out. No one made any move to remedy that situation. However, the person who checked me in and out was very pleasant and efficient. She was kind also

This last time, the temperature outside was well below freezing and they turned the truck on a few minutes before I arrived so the cab was warm and toasty! Much appreciated!
LESLIE LIf it's winter, and I'm the first customer in the AM, arrive 15 minutes early, start the truck to warm it up, and clear the snow/ice off before the renter arrives.
ROBERT KAll trucks in the lot had snow removed and no ice expect for mine. Also it was parked so tight next to another truck I couldn’t get it out. When I went to open the back everything was frozen shut.
