We had a last-minute change and needed a 26 foot truck instead of a 20 foot truck. Between the girl on the phone with U-Haul and the gentleman at this location they did an excellent job helping us. I honestly cannot say enough good about how that all went. And the trip went really well. The truck ran great. We were very impressed.

Angelica DThe location and the truck were fine. I paid for an after hours pickup from this location, so I did not interact with the staff. Had an issue with the website which had crashed and was down when I arrived. Tried to contact the U-haul server through the app and the website, but no luck. Contacted customer service via chat (10 min wait) and over the phone (30 minute wait). They were friendly, but unable to help. No one knew that the server was down and they had no answers. Eventually, the server came back online and I was able to get my truck approximately 90 minutes behind my scheduled pickup time. This is typical of mt previous U-haul experiences. The people are usually great but the service fall flat whenever there is a problem.
