JEREMY LThey had no idea I had a reservation. I tried to give him the reservation number to look it up he proceeded to create a whole new entry! I spent 45 mins waiting for him to keep calling his manager bcuz he didn’t have any computer to look me up so had to do it with his phone and it wouldn’t let him. Over and over. It was by far his ne of the worst pick ups I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this location as they do not know what they’re doing. They’d rather hang and chat with other customers. Which they were doing when I got there.
Lydia HNice costumer service. They went out of the way for me.
Jack mIt was a self drop off; apparently no personnel available because of the holidays; I did not enter the liquor store. Didn’t like the area where is located either. But was the location I was sent to. At the end, all workout good.
