Curtis S.I think it would valuable to have the truck inspected when it is returned. I understand why that would be difficult, though.
MARIE B.Ensure when someone orders equipment like an appliance dolly, they actually have one you can rent. I needed an appliance dolly, put it in my order. Went to pick up the truck and there was an appliance dolly at the location, yet they couldn't rent it to me even though I ordered it because their system said it wasn't there. So overall I'm disappointed because that was something I really needed today and was a let down.
Andrew M.Pick up location change and was super inconvenient. The gas station that it was picked up from was not right. The place I asked to pick it up from was a legit location. The place that my pick up location was moved to was beyond inconvenient and the customer service person at this gas station was terrible. Everything that I filled out online magically disappeared so we had to waste time with this rude worker that had no clue what she was doing. I think it was terrible to do this to someone who is already stressed and on a time crunch.
