There was quite a wait to check in and get the truck, as only one person was handling everything, including a car purchase. Other than that, the truck was fine and the return went smoothly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDidn't come out with me to assist in hooking up trailer. Didn't do a walk around and inspect the trailer with me before leaving.
Paul BMake sure that the box of the truck was clean and swept out. I had to do that at the beginning of my rental, prior to my use of the truck for my needs. The truck seemed to angle/steer very slightly toward the right on the road when driving down the road or a highway. Looking at the front tires, I noticed that there is some positive camber to the wheels (the top of both front wheels are angled out/wider compared to the bottom of the tires when looking from the front.
