Again it wasnt the drop off location. I guess they cant help you if there is a truck issue. My truck leaked during a rain storm.
SHARI GThe lady at the front desk was rude. She was rude about basic questions. Nobody would help with securing the tow dolley or checking the equipment. The Uhaul equipment was not well maintained. The trailer lights went out after leaving, the truck brakes shuddered badly after leaving, the truck ran rough and would jerk when going up hill or accelerating. I would not recommend them to anyone.
DAKOTA BExperience was pretty much seamless and had great customer service.
JAY GThe manger Carrie is very rude, charged me more than I was told and when I turned equipment in 2 days earlier I did not receive I credit as I was originally told and promised that I would.
