The truck had an exhaust leak and an engine misfire at idle. When I tried to get ahold of literally anyone they all kept trying to send me to roadside when all I wanted was to talk about some sort of gas reimbursement or something because both of those issues cause worse gas mileage and i put almost $100 in the gas tank. Uhaul needs to do better with customer service.
