I absolutely hate having to do the whole experience thru the app. It feels like the burden of taking pictures of everything is now on the customer rather than the company.

Dean GTruck was parked off pavement in the grass and it had been raining all day. Had to walk around in mud to inspect truck and then almost got stuck in mud trying to pull out on to road. This is a great location for Uhaul to be to serve this area so I appreciate that greatly
