Very friendly, professional....
The service was excellent. I returned the equipment two hours later and they didn't charge me for that. It was excellent.
The lady I talked to at first was difficult to communicate with. I don't know if it was my mask or my voice that was the issue or if she was having some hearing issues, but it was frustrating. The gentleman I met later was very nice and no issues communicating.
They need to keep their word and not steal money from paying customers and be professional.
Was difficult to return to a "legal" parking spot - and no number to call if there were difficulties.
My first visit to this location was a wonderful experience. Rachel Powell assisted me and she was so accommodating, helpful, kind and informative. I met two other women there before meeting Rachel and they to were very friendly also. They just need to continue with the great service. Thank you

The rude csr put a time limit on my booking. You should always give more options first. Also she ask way too many questions when your younger.
The people running this location made racial comments to me about how black and white photos on Driver licenses benefit the black community because you can't discern facial features. I was extremely upset by this comment and witnessed rudeness by this employee to a customer Of color.
The gentleman working was pleasant and matter of fact. The lady there was just plain rude. I walked in and without even an acknowledgement or glance was dismissed and told to wait for the gentleman who had literally just walked out the door. Then moments later another customer walked in and she too was totally ignored. She then asked if she was able to reserve a truck and which the response was you'll need to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, the gentleman entered and began assisting me. She then abrupt and rudely motioned for the young lady after making her wait. And with the way she handled the young lady, she should have just waited for the gentleman or left. The only other issue was, I didn't get the dolly requested and had to drive back in my personal vehicle to retrieve to avoid additional miles and gas.
Nothing! The two workers inside were incredibly helpful and really helped me with the truck and getting everything done.
I will NEVER patronage to this location again! A lady by the name of Lynda Walter was rude and disrespectful. I walked in with my son, and without so much of a pleasant salutation, she immediately asked why my boy wasn't wearing a mask. Really? Is this how U-Haul conducts itself with its customers? You're going to ask why my son isn't wearing a mask? Well, BY LAW, a mask is NOT required for ANY child under the age of 10. My son is 8. I told her as much. So... instead of politely responding in the affirmative, she instead responds (I'm paraphrasing) something to the tune of â€œof course he isn't.â€ Now the last time I checked, following the LAW and keeping a â€œsafeâ€ distance was at minimum an acceptable act. I am thoroughly disappointed with U-Haul. Totally unacceptable response from a customer service agent. If she has a problem with him not wearing a mask, then ask me to leave or maybe look up the state law and educate one self instead of assuming incorrectly and then rudely taking out your displeasure with the customer. Not to mention, this is the 3rd U-Haul I've rented this year and it was by far the worst condition. This is probably not the locations fault, but worth mentioning. She doesn't need a reprimand. But she does need to be educated on the law and proper treatment of customers, ESPECIALLY children. Totally disgusted.

Both ladies working in this location are very rude. One of the ladies saw myself and another customer standing outside in the heat. She asked the other customer what they needed help with, and invited them on inside. She didn't even acknowledge me at all. Then, when I got inside, the other lady had the nastiest attitude. Granted, I apparently was supposed to drop off the truck to a different location per a text I received this morning that I didn't pay attention to because I have alot going on and I didn't notice it. But, I did let the lady know that the uhaul rep at the pick up location said any location in Arlington would be ok, and Collins was the closest to me. She was very rude. She was the older lady. She spoke very harsh and disrespectful to me. Makes me think both ladies are racists, because the other customers that were asked what they need help with and invited in were white like the two ladies. I will never visit this location again, and will let everyone I know, not to use this uhaul location. The older lady's attitude is especially horrible and disrespectful and nasty, and she should not be working with the public. And neither lady should work with the public if they can't service all customers the same regardless of their skin color.
I requested furniture pads and I discovered that they were not put into my truck once I arrived at my location. My furniture then faced damages.

Not have Warren work the closing shift. He was extremely rude once I returned the vehicle. My gf recommended me to this location but after speaking with him, I will be seeking U-Haul services at another location.
Best rental experience! Friendly, accommodating and great location!
