Ensure the equipment needed is in the truck already. Ensure staff has knowledge how to provide keys to user. Ensure staff are aware of appointment, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes at the site because staff had stepped away from the store. Right side mirror is messed up and driver is completely blind on right hand side. They were missing appliance and furniture dolly that was requested, and I was still initially charged the same amount even though I was told my cost would change due to relocating from original appointment location. Overall poor experience for U-Haul. The equipment they did have which was a utility dolly and pads were fine.
