Customer service was great here. Even when they are busy. I will definitely keep renting Uhaul's here. Most locations treat people like second hand customers. Not here. Even though this was my first time here physically, my company rented many Uhaul's here. I will try out their other services too!

Robert PThe guy checking the equipment out was lazy and continually stated how he wasn’t paid by U-Haul every time you had a question. When we went to hook up to the trailer he asked me to inspect the trailer after him I noticed a clearance light out. I asked him to fix it and he tried to twist the wires together and send us down the road. His fix didn’t work and I asked him to fix it properly. He continually stated that he did not want to fix it, but he did not work for U-Haul and that he was not paid by U-Haul so it was not his job to fix the trailer light.
