Richard SNo improvements are needed! The folks who work at this store/gas station are always as nice and thoughtful as anybody could possibly be. This is the 2nd time we've rented a U-Haul truck from AA Gas, and once again the whole process was super simple. No problems at all. But the really nice part is the people who work there. They make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door, and that is kind of rare these days.
