Thr employees are very helpful! The app was giving me issues, but the owner was so helpful! The truck was such a nice ride, and I will definitely recommend this location to everyone!

I understand the need for licensed uhaul dealers, but locations that are licensed uhaul dealers might need to take that role more seriously. The man who helped us did a great job, but it took a long time because he was the only person available in a gas station and he wasn't fully trained on the return process, a completely different setting from pickup, just felt like whiplash.
Madeline GI asked for a one way/ out of town and told the person which return site I wanted but ended up with in town. I found out after I dropped the truck off that i had to pay an extra $250 for wrong location drop off
ASPEN SThe online process was absolutely horrific. I was not informed that I needed to be fully verified before hand, so I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the system to figure out what was happening. When I reached out for help, from customer service, I got no response until hours later. Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to have to look other places for rental trucks because this event threw the whole day off track.
LUIS GThe guy opperating the store told me to just use the app which I was having difficutly with already, he was rude and I would not reccommend. Also the address for this place in the app would link google maps to a totally different location in the middle of arlington which I drove to thinking it was where I was suppose to go which caused me to go over my miles which I had to pay an additional amout for. Calling the guy from the store on the phone he sounded confused that I was calling for a uhaul drop off and finally he says, yeah you can drop it here.
