A self-move is a stressful challenge for most people. Theresa brought a calm to what can be a chaotic experience. Every step of the way she assisted me in understanding how to use the U-Haul rental process to expedite the check-in and return. She gave clear and concise instruction all the while putting me at ease with her cheerful, professional demeanor. I will return again and refer others to rent a U-Haul truck through her location.
