Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCounter clerk had no idea how to do his job, passing it off to the next shift. Store manager is an absolute joke. Uhaul should not have this location as a drop off. This store is clueless. Manager should be fired.
Jon CIt took 30 minutes to finally receive the key for the truck. The clerk was more than nice but seemed unfamiliar with the software. When the truck was finally opened, it did not contain the dollie or moving pads I ordered. Very frustrating. I have since been refunded for those.
Janelle HThere was no available fuel station to refuel around night time and there were only two U Haul, no a lot of space
Arnab CHad issues with the Uhaul application due to connectivity. However the person at the Gas and Food location went out of his way to help me check out the truck. I greatly appreciated his help.
