The locking pin on the left side of the trailer had to be banged out with a hammer. This took many blows to get the pin out. This was very inconvenient and left me wondering if I would have to return it without being able to use it. Left tire would lock up momentarily and skid. This is a safety issue.

Both gentlemen at the service location were very professional and courteous. Given my location and being unaware that my hitch was located almost an hour away. I was assisted with canceling the hitch purchase. During the whole experience, I was treated with respect and given great advice that save me time and fuel. I highly recommend this location for any and all customers in the Hanover County area.
DAVID MThe fact that I only drove 7 miles and they tried to charge me for 40 miles and the people I got the U-Haul from took my storage unit because i refused to pay for miles I didn’t use was the problem. U-Haul made a mistake and gave me the wrong truck number so they then tried to charge me for 2 U-Haul mind you I can’t alone I can’t drive 2 trucks at the same time they tried to charge me for a truck I didn’t use and the one I was assigned so they charged me the 19.98 Twice and they tried to say I drove 20 miles (I didn’t) and chargered that twice. It wasn’t U-Haul it was the storage unit company in Ashland . But still I had a horrible experience. And U-Haul made the mistake which is where it started so they played a part.

RUSSELL SEverything went well. My only complaint which didn't affect my use of the trailer but it had broken glass in it. Again it didn't affect my use but may have for someone else.
