Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing wrong with the location but uhaul is clearly running a scam. It was given to us with 1/4 a tank of gas and we drove less than 9 miles and got charged $30 for it being less than 1/4 tank. If that’s the case it should be full when given to us.
ELIZABETH CThanks for making a rough day look easier

Nithichot YThe van I booked wasn't there. Because this isn't a dedicated location, it took a while to get someone who works there to help me. If mobile booking is an option, why isn't there an online or phone option for solving these problems with U-Haul customer service? Also, the bed of the van was full of dirt. I didn't make a big deal of it, but it was kind of annoying. And two of the tires had low air pressure. Someone needs to fill them before it's rented out.
