VINCENT KI was supposed to pick up a 15’ u-haul on a Sunday, and although I asked for the keys to be mobile pick up, they were not, and nobody was in the office. I was refunded and rescheduled for the next weekend. Saturday comes around and as I pull into the parking lot, I get a call for u-haul and they say I cannot rent the 10’ u-haul because the keys had been lost. I had hired help both times and wasn’t going to let the movers waste time on me again. Luckily 30 seconds later a 20’ u-haul truck pulled into the parking lot and I was offered the larger one for the price of the smaller one. Ultimately, it worked out fine. But the office I went to seems to be very unorganized.
